AI Faculty Breakroom:

A free community for educators thinking carefully about AI.

There are two kinds of AI conversations happening in education right now.

The first is loud. It is about adoption rates, tool lists, and whether teachers are "keeping up." It is not designed for educators who care about learning.

The second is quieter. It is the conversation teachers have in break rooms, in DMs, in faculty meetings that go off-script — the one that asks whether any of this is actually good for students and for teaching.

That is the conversation the AI Faculty Break Room is for.

Multiple hands of diverse individuals placed together in a group gesture, symbolizing unity and teamwork.

WHAT IT IS

Books titled 'Calm AI for the Thoughtful Teacher' and another book about teaching with AI.

A free community on Skool for K–12 and higher education educators who want to think carefully about AI with the kind of principled clarity that comes from talking it through with people who share your values.

Inside the community:

  • Discussion threads around real classroom questions and decisions

  • Early access to Kristina's resources, videos, and frameworks

  • A space to share what is working and what is not, without judgment

  • Connections with educators across grade levels, disciplines, and institutions

It is free. It will remain free. The community is the foundation — everything else is built on top of it.

WHO IT IS FOR

A woman with blonde hair, glasses, and a white shirt working on a laptop at a desk with books, a green apple, and a potted plant, in front of a chalkboard filled with mathematical equations and graphs.

You belong here if you are a teacher, professor, curriculum coordinator, instructional coach, or school leader who is genuinely trying to figure out the AI question (not just comply with whatever your institution decides), but actually understand it and make good decisions for the students in your care.

You do not have to be pro-AI or anti-AI to join. You just have to be thoughtful.
